Concept

Supreme Dumplings reimagines the traditional Chinese dining experience through a contemporary interpretation of Eastern aesthetics, natural materials, and refined craftsmanship. Across its Alderwood, Redmond, and Honolulu locations, the design establishes a cohesive brand identity while allowing each space to express its own distinctive character.

Warm wood tones, bamboo-inspired details, sculptural lighting, and lush greenery create inviting environments that celebrate cultural heritage and contemporary hospitality. The result is a collection of dining spaces that balance tradition with modern simplicity, bringing warmth, elegance, and a sense of connection to the everyday dining experience.

Design Approach

Contemporary Eastern Expression

Traditional Chinese design elements are reinterpreted through clean architectural lines, bamboo-inspired forms, woven textures, and understated decorative details, establishing a refined yet approachable spatial identity.

Nature, Light & Materiality

Warm timber finishes, layered greenery, sculptural lighting, and natural textures bring depth and softness to the interiors, creating a harmonious atmosphere that feels both contemporary and welcoming.

Distinctive Spaces, Unified Identity

Each location develops its own character within a consistent design language. Alderwood emphasizes vertical scale and sculptural installations; Honolulu introduces airy arches, woven forms, and tropical greenery; while Redmond explores bamboo-inspired detailing and intimate, thoughtfully arranged dining spaces.
